MISCELLANEOUS |

| 8.1
REFUSE |
| 8.1.1 |
Refuse
of all types shall be removed and placed in the receptacles provided.
Under no circumstances shall rubbish be left on jetties or in private
bins. |
| 8.1.2 |
All
perishable rubbish should be wrapped or sealed in bags before disposal.

| 8.2
LOST PROPERTY |
| 8.2.1 |
Any
articles of value found on the RSYC Premises will be kept with Housekeeping.
Any article not claimed within three months of its being found may
be disposed of by the Management. |

| 8.3
PROHIBITIONS |
| 8.3.1 |
The
introduction of materials for drug taking and of bad characters
into the Premises is prohibited. |
| 8.3.2 |
The
funds of the RSYC shall not be used to pay the fines of Members
who have been convicted in Court. |
| 8.3.3 |
No
Member shall borrow in the name of, or pledge the credit of, the
RSYC.

| 8.3.4 |
The RSYC shall not attempt to restrict or in any other manner interfere
with trade or practices or engage in any trade union activity as
defined in any written law relating to trade union for the time
being in force in Singapore. |
| 8.3.5 |
The
RSYC shall not indulge in any political activity or allow its funds
and/or Premises to be used for political purposes. |

8.4 SUGGESTIONS
|
| 8.4.1 |
All
suggestions regarding the RSYC and its facilities may be made
in writing to the General Manager.
