F&B Assistant Manager
Reporting to the F&B Manager, assist in the managing the day-to-day F&B operations efficiently, to plan and implement all sales. Marketing and business development strategies for the restaurant to ensure continued profitability and growth.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years relevant managerial experience in 5-star hotels or first class restaurants/clubs
- Minimum “N” Levels or SHATEC Diploma, computer literate and with basic administration skills
- Strong background in marketing and operations of restaurants and banquet
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate changes/impact and understand of industry trends and its impact on the F&B Department
- Proven capabilities in organizing planning, budgeting and formulating policies
- Good knowledge of wines, spirits and service
REMUNERATIONS
Remunerations will commensurate with qualifications and
experience.
