F&B Manager
Reporting to the General Manager , the successful candidate will be overseeing and managing the F&B day-to-day operations in an efficient way to ensure business growth and achieved customers ’ satisfaction.

Candidates should display the following:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity in 5* hotels or premium clubs
  • Able to work under extreme challenging conditions
  • Strong background in marketing and operations of restaurants and banquet
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate changes/impact and understand of industry trends and its impact on the F&B
  • Proven capabilities in organising planning, budgeting and formulating policies in similar capacity

REMUNERATIONS
Remunerations will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
