Human Resource Officer
Successful candidates will be responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following human resources services: recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee services, manpower planning, industrial relations and administrative duties.
- Administer and formulate HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate all initial recruitment activities
- Handle all HR related administration matters
- Process statutory requirement such as work permit and employment pass
- Plan and execute welfare programmes and employees activities
- Handle employees ’ medical insurance
- Update and verify all claims (such as dental)
- Leave administration
- Verify part-timer claims as well as overtime/split shift claims
- To process payroll
- Monitor of the manual and electronic time clocking machines
- Print updated timesheets monthly for HODs ’ verification
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Has relevant working experience, preferably in hospitality industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.Knowledge of EASYPAY software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with a cheerful disposition and a eye for detail.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
REMUNERATIONS
Remunerations will commensurate with qualifications and
experience.
