Training Officer

The main duties and responsibilities are as follow:

  • Co-ordinate with all department heads to organise various training programmes for employees.
  • Assist the Club to develop management leadership as well as operational efforts through classroom and external training.
  • Train employees and address needs and concerns as well as enhancing productive communication skills between members and staff.
  • Responsible for conducting Induction Programme for new hires.
  • Out-source and co-ordinate suitable external training for employees.
  • Work towards minimizing training costs by conducting in-house training; build a cohesive team within as well as among departments.
  • Train and develop both non-management and management employees along the way in preparation for the challenges ahead, training focus should involve areas such as teambuilding; creative problem-solving skills; decision-making skills; customer service skills; and attain excellence in F&B service by building teamwork amongst staff and enhancing leadership potential in managerial employees.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources and above.
  • Able to converse in both English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge on people Developers standard and OJT with the ability to outsource and coordinate external training programmes.
  • Previous working experience in a hospitality setting would be preferred.
  • Ability to conduct in-house training.

REMUNERATIONS
Remunerations will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
