Swimming Classes
Regular swimming builds endurance, muscle strength, and cardio-vascular fitness. A regular swimming workout can give you a great exercise session that keeps heart rates up, but takes impact stress off your body. Suitable for Age 5 and above. Time to take a dip! Swim On!

Taekwondo Course
This art focus on teaching a highly effective form of self-defense. Physical activity includes aerobic (blocking drills and forms) as well as anaerobic activity (sparring), strength training (push-ups), and stretching (kicking drills). Suitable for Age 5 and above.
