POSITION: Food & Beverage Manager

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for all F&B production, service and sales. The incumbent supervises the Head Chef, Outlet Manager, and Banquet Sales / Operations personnel. He / She will be responsible for planning and implementing budgets, hiring, training, and supervising subordinates. In addition, the F&B Manager is to apply relevant marketing principles to ensure that the wants and needs of the Club’s members and guests are consistently exceeded.

MARINA SALES & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

POSITION: Marina Sales & Administration Manager

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Marina Sales and Administration Manager will be responsible for the sales and marketing support in promoting marina services covering both wet and dry berths, in line with the overall marketing plan under the Club's objective. The incumbentwill be responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of the Marine Department, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

SALES EXECUTIVE

POSITION: Sales Executive

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

The Sales Executive will be required to budget revenues and maximise profitability by developing tactical sales plans and special programs for our members to drive incremental occupancy, average rates, and business volume. In addition, the incumbent will handle banquet and / or Marina Lodge guestrooms’ sales-related enquiries, not limited to group reservations.

FRONT OFFICE OFFICER

POSITION: Front Office Officer

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Front Office Officer is the first point of contact for our members and guests. Regardless of via phone or in person, he / she has to ensure that everyone feel welcomed and comfortable, and that their needs are attended to in a professional manner. The incumbent will also provide the full Republic of Singapore Yacht Club standards of customer care, while displaying excellent interpersonal skills through the Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence (P.R.I.D.E).

MARINA ASSISTANT

POSITION: Marina Assistant

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The incumbent will provide marina pontoon assistance and ensure that our boaters, guests and reciprocal Club visitors receive a well-rounded experience while displaying excellent interpersonal skills through the Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence (P.R.I.D.E).

SECURITY OFFICER

POSITION: Security Officer

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

The Security Officer will be responsible for securing the Club's premises and personnel by patrolling; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, access points and permitting entry.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

POSITION: Housekeeping Supervisor

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

 

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for members’ and guests’ satisfaction by maintaining that the general areas and Marina Lodge guestrooms are clean and materials are in working order. The incumbent will assist the Housekeeping Executive to provide Housekeeping services for our members and guests.

TECHNICIAN

POSITION: Technician

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Technician will carry out daily technical and maintenance operations of the hotel by performing routine checks, as well as liaising with contractors / service providers on repair works. In addition, the incumbent will identify potential issues affecting building operations and implement remedial measures.

 

FORKLIFT OPERATOR

POSITION: Forklift Operator

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The incumbent will provide forklift assistance and ensure that our boaters’ request for launching and recovering of their boats are met, with safety being a key priority.

 

CHEF

POSITION: Chef

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Chef will be responsible for preparation of Asian / Western culinary dishes in their respective sections, and should be very organised and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. The incumbent should be able to manage their section, as well as reliably carry out instructions handed down by the Senior Chefs and / or Executive Sous Chef.

 

ROOM ATTENDANT

POSITION: Room Attendant

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

 

The Room Attendant is responsible in ensuring the cleanliness of the Marina Lodge’s guestrooms and public spaces. The incumbent will come in contact with our members and guests, and will need to create a positive environment for them.

STEWARD

POSITION: Steward

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

 

Our steward carries out the general cleaning duties and the operation of pot-washing and dishware machineries to deliver an excellent member and guests experience while ensuring all back-of-house areas are kept clean and safety guidelines are observed.
