OUTLET MANAGER

POSITION: Outlet Manager

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Outlet Manager will be responsible for the operation, management, and overall performance of the The Bridge Restaurant. As such, he/she will be directly involved in the day-to-day running of the restaurant in connection with staffing, service and cost control to achieve maximum revenue and guest satisfaction, with optimum profit. Delegation of duties and responsibilities to his/her duty supervisors for each shift is necessary, and rules and regulations for all aspects of service must be laid down systematically for uniformity and in conformity with the Club's policies.

EXECUTIVE CHEF

POSITION: Executive Chef

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Executive Chef will be responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of the Kitchen and develop the Club’s F&B menu. He / She will also formulate standards to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of the operations of all food production.

CHEF

POSITION: Chef

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Chef will be responsible for preparation of Asian / Western culinary dishes in their respective sections, and should be very organised and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. The incumbent should be able to manage their section, as well as reliably carry out instructions handed down by the Senior Chefs and / or Executive Sous Chef.

 

SALES EXECUTIVE

POSITION: Sales Executive

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Sales Executive will be required to budget revenues and maximise profitability by developing tactical sales plans and special programs for our members to drive incremental occupancy, average rates, and business volume. In addition, the incumbent will handle banquet and / or Marina Lodge guestrooms’ sales-related enquiries, not limited to group reservations.

PIZZAIOLO

POSITION: Pizzaiolo

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Pizzaiolo will prepare and/or direct the preparation of pizza and other appetizer and side items from the restaurant menu according to standard recipes. He/She will deal with special requests and dietary concerns, and must be sure to fill these orders properly. He/She will be responsible for maintaining standard quality of the food as well as consistency of the food. The Pizzaiolo will also produce large volumes of food in a short amount of time.

 

FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE

POSITION: Front Office Executive

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for our members and guests. Regardless of via phone or in person, he / she has to ensure that everyone feel welcomed and comfortable, and that their needs are attended to in a professional manner. The incumbent will also provide the full Republic of Singapore Yacht Club standards of customer care, while displaying excellent interpersonal skills through the Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence (P.R.I.D.E).

TECHNICIAN

POSITION: Technician

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Technician will carry out daily technical and maintenance operations of the hotel by performing routine checks, as well as liaising with contractors / service providers on repair works. In addition, the incumbent will identify potential issues affecting building operations and implement remedial measures.

 

FORKLIFT OPERATOR

POSITION: Forklift Operator

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The incumbent will provide forklift assistance and ensure that our boaters’ request for launching and recovering of their boats are met, with safety being a key priority.

 

MARINA ASSISTANT

POSITION: Marina Assistant

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The incumbent will provide marina pontoon assistance and ensure that our boaters, guests and reciprocal Club visitors receive a well-rounded experience while displaying excellent interpersonal skills through the Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence (P.R.I.D.E).

 

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

POSITION: Housekeeping Supervisor

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for members’ and guests’ satisfaction by maintaining that the general areas and Marina Lodge guestrooms are clean and materials are in working order. The incumbent will assist the Housekeeping Executive to provide Housekeeping services for our members and guests.

 

ROOM ATTENDANT

POSITION: Room Attendant

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

 

The Room Attendant is responsible in ensuring the cleanliness of the Marina Lodge’s guestrooms and public spaces. The incumbent will come in contact with our members and guests, and will need to create a positive environment for them.

RESTAURANT SERVER / SENIOR CAPTAIN

POSITION: Restaurant Server / Senior Captain

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

 

The Restaurant Server / Senior Captain will be tasked to take orders and deliver them to our members and guests, maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. He/She will work in close collaboration with the other colleagues and follow established health and safety standards. The goal is to accelerate the restaurant’s business development by providing members and guests with a memorable experience.

BARTENDER

POSITION: Bartender

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

 

Assigned to an outlet in the Club, the Bartender will be responsible for the operations of the beverage outlet and provide quality service to our Club’s members and their guests.

STEWARD

POSITION: Steward

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

 

Our steward carries out the general cleaning duties and the operation of pot-washing and dishware machineries to deliver an excellent member and guests experience while ensuring all back-of-house areas are kept clean and safety guidelines are observed.
