HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

POSITION: Housekeeping Supervisor

DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise, train, co-ordinate and participate in the activities of the cleaners and houseman in cleaning the public areas.
  • Plan and prepare the roster, work schedules and assignments for thorough cleaning.

JACKPOT ASSISTANT

POSITION: Jackpot Assistant

DESCRIPTION

  • Cashiering duties
  • Recording of Jackpot winnings
  • Assists in monthly Jackpot coin collection

CHEF

POSITION: Chef

DESCRIPTION

  • Organise the assigned section of the kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity
  • Supervise employees within department to ensure the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as required by the club
  • Ensure all dishes’ consistency are of high quality according to standard recipes

WAITER / WAITRESS

POSITION: Waiter / Waitress

DESCRIPTION

  • Provide Food and Beverage services to our Members consistent with the Club standards
  • Take over previous service shift duties.
  • Collect all general requisitions and food and beverage requisitions as required by Restaurant Manager.

STEWARD

POSITION: Steward

DESCRIPTION

  • Perform all general cleaning duties as assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor in the designated area to the standards set by the Club, as per work schedule.
  • Ensure that the designated work area is kept clean and orderly at all times.
  • Handle all operating equipment with care preventing damage and breakage.

HOUSEMAN

POSITION: Houseman

DESCRIPTION

  • Perform all general cleaning duties as assigned by Housekeeper in the designated area to the standards set by the Club, as per work schedule
  • Ensure that the designated work area is kept clean and orderly at all times
  • Periodically do thorough cleaning of lights, ceiling and air ducts

ROOM ATTENDANT

POSITION: Room Attendant

DESCRIPTION

  • Clean accommodation rooms, change bed sheets, clean bathroom basins/showers and toilets as well as vacuum the floor
  • Replenish guests supplies needed in rooms such as drinks/snacks, towels, soap, stationery and other items
  • Respond to requests from guests such as emptying of rubbish bins, getting extra linen supplies, additional cleaning of bathroom, etc

CLEANER

POSITION: Cleaner

DESCRIPTION

  • Perform all general cleaning duties as assigned by Housekeeper in the designated area to the standards set by the Club, as per work schedule
  • Ensure that the designated work area is kept clean and orderly at all times

FRONT OFFICE OFFICER

POSITION: Front Office Officer

 

DESCRIPTION

  • Handles in-coming and out-going calls for the club, and to convert any messages.
  • Possesses a working knowledge of the reservation section.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of room rack rate, package plan and discounts available for the Marina Lodge.
  • Coordinates room status updates with housekeeping department by notifying housekeeping of all check-outs, late check-outs, early check-ins, day use and special requests.
  • Inform housekeeping on any defect reported by guests to ensure job done/repaired.
  • Thoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit, cheque and cash handling policy and procedures.
