QI GONG BY THE FORESHORE WITH EVELYN LEE
Bagua Master of a generation, 9th level in Chinese Wushu, Grandmaster Lu Zijian passed away at the age of 119. He lived a life of chivalry and was known as the “Great Chivalrous Man of Yangtze River”. He taught wushu and also practiced medicine. During our classes, we will be learning Grand Master Lu secret to good health and longevity.

- 6 sessions is valid for 2 months, starting from the start date of the first session
- 10 sessions is valid for 5 months, starting from the start date of the first session
- Children below the age of 16 are not allowed to use the gym.
SWIMMING
Equip yourself and your child with essential swimming skills. Regular swimming builds endurance, muscle growth and cardiovascular fitness. A regular workout can give you a great exercise session that keeps the heart rates up, while taking the stress off your body.
DAY / DATE: Saturdays & Sundays.
TIME: Saturday from 3.00pm & Sunday from 9.30am. Lessons are held in 1-hour sessions with various timings available.
VENUE: RSYC Swimming Pool.

TAE KWON DO
This martial art focuses on teaching a highly effective form of self-defence. Build up your child's confidence, spirit and character under the guidance of our experienced instructor.

TIME: 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

PRICE: $105 (Member's Child). Fees are for 3 months. Fees exclude grade test and uniform. Suitable for ages 5 and above.
