POSITION: Executive Chef

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Executive Chef will be responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of the Kitchen and develop the Club’s F&B menu. He / She will also formulate standards to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of the operations of all food production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish standards for food quality and preparation, and ensure that they are strictly adhered to
  • Manage all food, production and manpower cost
  • Review and upgrade the quality and presentation of food and menus to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create and develop new menu ideas, including preparing menu portion charts and establishing purchase specifications for purpose of strengthening quality control
  • Ensure all food hygiene and safety standards, and sanitation requirements are met

 

TALENT PROFILE

  • Possesses at least a Diploma or relevant professional certificate
  • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in a Management role in the culinary team
  • Highly adaptable to situations and challenges
  • Creative individuals are highly encouraged to apply
