Please make your reservations 72 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.
Early appointments from 9.00am can be arranged if reservation
is made 48 hours in advance.
Appointments
Your punctuality will be greatly appreciated. Arriving 15 minutes
prior to your appointment allows ample time to check-in and prepare
for your treatment without any reduced treatment time.
Cancellations
Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments must be made within
five (5) working hours; otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will
be imposed. Full charges will apply for no-show.
Payments
Cash and all major credit card payments are accepted. Prices are
quoted in Singapore dollars and subject to the prevailing goods
and services tax. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Refund
policy
All purchases are non-refundable.
RSYC
Members' Privilege Discount
RSYC members and their guests are entitled to discount from the
ala carte Spa services at the following discount rates:
Massage, facial, body care & special care - 20%
Hair spa, manicure, pedicure & waxing - 15%
Gift
certificates
Breeze gift certificates are ideal as gifts for and special occasion.
Minimum
age
The minimum age requirement in Singapore permitted to use spa
facilities and services is 18 years.
Physical
Condition
We recommend that guests with medical complications, heart problems,
high blood pressure or are pregnant should seek medical advice
before signing up for any spa services.
Precaution
We encourage only one heat treatment per day. Drink plenty of
water before and after any heat treatment. Do not engage in vigorous
activity immediately after and heat treatment. Alcohol consumption
is not advised before any spa treatment.
Amenities
Personal amenities and toiletries, including disposable underwear,
robe and slippers, are provided for your spa treatment.
Etiquette
To ensure that all guests can relax and enjoy the spa, please
keep noise level to minimum. Cellular phones should not be used
within the spa premises. Smoking is prohibited in enclosed areas.
Disclaimer
The management accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage
of personal possessions of any kind brought into the spa premises.
