POSITION: Food & Beverage Manager

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for all F&B production, service and sales. The incumbent supervises the Head Chef, Outlet Manager, and Banquet Sales / Operations personnel. He / She will be responsible for planning and implementing budgets, hiring, training, and supervising subordinates. In addition, the F&B Manager is to apply relevant marketing principles to ensure that the wants and needs of the Club’s members and guests are consistently exceeded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible and accountable for the profit and loss of the entire food and beverage department
  • Supervises the planning and approves external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities for food and beverage sales
  • Establishes quantity and quality output standards for all personnel within the department
  • Drives the revenue for food and beverage, and banquet sales

TALENT PROFILE

  • Possesses at least a Diploma or relevant certificate
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the food and beverage background, particularly in a supervisory position
  • Proven sales and marketing record
  • Highly adaptable to situations and challenges
  • Good communication skills with an outgoing personality
