POSITION: Marina Sales & Administration Manager

 

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION


The Marina Sales and Admin Manager will be responsible to undertake the Sales and Marketing support in promoting marina services covering both wet and dry berths in line with the overall marketing plan under the Club's objective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To be responsible for accurate and efficient administration of the Marine Department, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Manage the Marina's Office so as to provide support to the Marina Manager, Supervisor and members/guests as required
  • To be responsible for completing and reporting of all facets of the Marina’s operation and accounting, meeting the expectations of the Management
  • To handle berth reservations, terminations and departures for members and non-members
  • To be familiar with the harbour regulations and contractual provisions and enforcement policies, and keep a good working relationship with the MPA and Immigration – Seamen’s Section

 

TALENT PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration management
  • Familiar with Marina-related ordinances and regulations preferred
  • Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
