Standard
Berths
Our standard berths range in size from 35ft to 70ft.
Each berth comes with a dockbox, metered power pedestal, polyester
fendering and a metered water outlet. There is provision for telephone
connection for 60-foot berths and greater, available on request.
Power provision is 230-Volts, 32-Amp supply for boats up to 45-feet,
and up to 63-Amp supply to boats of 50-foot and above.
Mega Berths
The 140-metre long outer wave attenuator has been designed to
accommodate mega yachts, both sail and motor. The four T-berths
at the end of the pontoon walkways can hold yachts up to 90-foot.
Power provision is 3-phase, 100-Amp, 415 volt metered power pedestals,
metered water outlets, with provision for telephone connections
and dock boxes. The mega berths are fully fendered and have heavy-duty
bollards.
The
Wet Berths
For access to your boat from the parking lot or reception, please
ask at reception for the golf buggy to be sent to your vehicle.
When at your boat, use the VHF or your telephone to call the Marina
Office.
Please
keep safety in mind when walking along the pontoons. The design
of every marina is such that there is no barrier between you and
the water! Parents should accompany their children when on the
pontoons and are reminded not to board any yacht without the permission
of the captain.
The
Dry Storage Facility
With
over 100 boats in the dry storage facility, the site is quite
busy at weekends. Take note that we now have a very comfortable
lay-by facility directly in front of the club. If you would like
an early start in the morning, you may request that your boat
is launched the day before.
The dry
storage area will be very busy with tractors, boats and trailers
being moved in all directions. To facilitate efficient operations,
parking is not permitted in the dry storage area. If you have
heavy items to put on your boat, please call for a golf buggy.
Basic
Rules and Regulations in The Dry Storage Area
-
No parking is permitted in the dry storage area
-
Engine flushing and washing down is restricted to the allocated
areas only
-
No flammable liquids shall be stored in the dry shed area
-
