Monk Fish is a delicious lobster-like fish which is firm, not fishy and its freshness carries a suitable sweetness. The fish is specially imported from France. Come to The Bridge and sample its unique flavours – Pan Seared Monk Fish on Arborio Rice and Bake Monk Fish wrapped with Bacon. A promotion not to be missed. Or juicy tender Rack of Lamb prepared the traditional style with liberal lashings of herbs, spices and gently grilled to your liking.

EXECUTIVE SET LUNCH (MAY & JUNE 2013) – NZ STRIPLOIN BAR WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE AND BAKED POTATO
The set lunch consists of salad or soup, choice of main course and dessert. You decide if you wish to have a simple two-course meal or a more extensive three-course meal. The menu changes weekly to make sure that you always find something interesting to choose from.
