When it comes to comfort food, a bowl of plain porridge or sweet potato porridge accompanied by the humblest of dishes like Chye Poh Omelette, ranks high up there as one of the most soothing dishes. For those of us who grew up on this dish, savouring it now could bring back fond memories of our childhood days when simple meals were satisfying and memorable.


Every Friday evenings, The Wharf will feature the classic porridge spreads like Salted Vegetables, Salted Egg, Ikan Bilis with Peanuts, and Braised Beancurd Skin.
Apart from these, you’ll have the option of ordering tzechar-style dishes to complete your meal.
